HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
You can submit your applications for your rights listed above to the Data Controller by filling out the Application Form, which you can access here.
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, the Data Subject's name, surname, signature if the application is written, T .C. identification number, (passport number if the applicant is a foreigner), place of residence or workplace address based on notification, electronic mail address based on notification, phone number and fax number, if any, and information about the subject of the request must be provided.
The Person Concerned must clearly and clearly indicate the requested issue in the application, which contains explanations about the right that he will make in order to use the above-mentioned rights and requests to use. Information and documents related to the application must be added to the application.
Although the subject matter of the request should be related to the applicant's person, if acting on behalf of someone else, the applicant must have special authority in this regard and certification of this authority (special power of attorney) is required. HOW SOON WILL YOUR REQUESTS BE ANSWERED?
Your requests for your personal data are evaluated and answered within 30 days at the latest from the date they reach us. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our Company.
If your application is evaluated negatively, the justified reasons for rejection will be sent to the address you specified in the application by electronic mail or mail, especially by one of the procedures selected in the Application Form.
