Performance Tests

In line with the conditions specified in the TSE ISO 8528 standard, it subjects its products to performance tests with its Load Bank, both active (kW) and reactive (kVAr). Thus, while the generator set can be tested with very high precision, the alternator is also tested with reactive load. In this way, the simulation of the user's load in the enterprise is tested under factory conditions and no bad surprises occur in the field. Test reports are printed on the computer system and shared with the customer who receives the product. In addition to the standard tests, project-based special test programs are also applied in our factory upon request.

Power Detection

Although almost every enterprise is aware of the monthly electrical energy bill, it may not always be informed about the features of the loads in its facility, the switching times and simultaneity. Genpower Generator's experienced technical service and sales staff make on-site and accurate measurements and recommend the most suitable solution for the user's needs.

Assembly, Installation Supervision

Although the expected performance from generators and long-term availability are known to be limited by the determined quality standards of the products and production processes, the total performance of the system is also directly related to the installation, electrical and mechanical connections of the generators in the field.
