Required Qualifications
- To be assigned in the Import - Export Department,
- At least two years of experience,
- Mastering the import-export, customs and foreign trade practices and inward processing regime legislation,
- Able to apply for permits such as DYS, TITCK and Tareks,
- Knowledgeable about Incentive legislation,
- Strong in organization, planning, follow-up and reporting
- Able to manage relationships with international companies,
- Able to coordinate with customs consultants, insurers, banks and transporters,
- Very good command of written and spoken English,
- Proficient in reporting and archiving orders,
- Result-oriented and strong in human relations,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
Job Description
- To follow and execute import, export, transit trade and customs clearance transactions,
- Carrying out foreign trade processes in coordination with relevant departments,
- Tracking international orders until the shipment stage,
- *Organizing transportation vehicles (sea, land) for orders to be shipped,
- Preparation of import-export and logistics documents, filing in printed and computerized format,
- Tracking of payments,
- Follow up on import and export correspondence,
- Organize import and export shipments, prepare and follow up on relevant documents,
- Organizing customs operations with the Customs Consultancy company,
- To establish coordination between the recipient company and the shipping company during the shipment process,
- To ensure the order and archive of all records and documents related to the field of duty,
- Informing customers about orders and deliveries, following up daily correspondence, managing all transactions up to the shipping and delivery stage,
- To carry out correspondence and necessary communication with customers,
- Creating regular reports on department activities and submitting them to the relevant unit,
- Organizing international fairs and company visits and ensuring participation in events.
- To follow the Foreign Trade, Customs and Free Zone laws and regulations,
- Coordinating all documentation, organization and customs procedures related to import-export.
- Checking the customs clearance documents and submitting them to accounting,
- Ensuring the closure of commitments made by organizing the necessary imports and making the necessary deductions within the scope of the inward processing permit and realizing export exits,
